Adam H. Lotkin
Mr. Lotkin practices law with a genuine heart and a work ethic different from his peers. He limits his practice to litigation or trial related endeavors. His training and background have paved the way for zealous advocacy and respect for his clients and the law.
Born and raised outside of Washington, D.C., Mr. Lotkin was attuned to politics and the law from an early age due in large part to his father’s work in the federal government as an investigator for the Government Accounting Organization and later as the Chief Counsel and Prosecutor for the United States House of Representatives Ethics Committee. Mr. Lotkin worked as a page and then intern in Congress from High School throughout the summers and winter of college. He worked for Congressman on both sides of the political aisle.
After graduating Lafayette College in 1993, he matriculated into Howard University School of Law in the fall of 1993 eventually earning a Juris Doctorate degree with honors (Cum Laude). During law school Lotkin clerked for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the United States Attorney’s Office in San Diego, California.
Upon graduation, Mr. Lotkin moved to San Diego and began civil litigation practice in medium sized defense firms focusing on medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, construction defect litigation and personal injury work.
Lotkin now practices all phases of trial work with the reputable firm of Norris and St. Clair, P.C. in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The focus of his practice is on personal injury victims, patients who have suffered due to medical malpractice, persons accused of crimes and generalized trial work for businesses.
He is married to Dana K. Lotkin and lives at the oceanfront.
