Mr. Lotkin has successfully defended and prosecuted affirmative claims for and against various department stores, food markets, general merchandising stores, theaters, entertainment establishments and other business entities and public assembly areas against intentional torts claims, such as false arrest, false imprisonment, assault and battery, malicious prosecution, libel and slander. Construction Litigation

Mr. Lotkin members have extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate construction defect litigation on behalf of contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals, as well as homeowners. Moreover, Mr. Lotkin members provide counseling and litigation services to contractor clients on issues to support initial contract negotiations, and later when on-site issues arise to avoid or minimize potential claims before they occur, with further cost-effective representation through dispute resolution or litigation. Mr. Lotkin members have lectured at the Associated General Contractors, San Diego Chapter on issues affecting the contractor community.

CRIMINAL LAW

Mr. Lotkin has practiced defending the rights of those accused of crime for many years with ample successes. He has worked with the police and prosecutors before in order to maintain both respect for the prosecution of crime and defending indictments, filing of information and criminal charges in State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Lotkin is and has been involved in numerous wrongful death cases, including those based on liability for negligence, products liability, professional negligence, abuse of power and intentional acts. Adam Lotkin is knowledgeable of the changing evaluation techniques utilized by accountants and economists practicing in this area.
