The VB Mariners are pleased to announce that the team has named local Virginia Beach Attorney, Adam H. Lotkin, of the Law firm of Norris & St. Clair, as General Counsel for the team. Mr. Lotkin looks forward to working with the Mariners and has a long personal history with high-level competitive soccer and has been a trial lawyer for nearly 8 years.
